The exact steps may differ depending on the role, don't worry the talent team will guide you, but here’s what you can expect:

A Google Hangout or phone call with the hiring manager to learn more about you, and give you the chance to learn more about us.

Role-focus interview
Role-focus interview

This is the first half of our 90-minute "Deep Dive" session (in person or via Google Hangout). We’ll dig into the day-to-day responsibilities and your specific experience to see how you’d tackle the role and apply your skills within the team.

In the second half of this session, we’ll discuss our five core values to see how they align with your own. It’s all about ensuring this is an environment where you, as a person, can truly thrive and do your best work.

A Note on Our Process
We want to give you every opportunity to show us what you’re capable of. While our journey usually follows a set path, we might occasionally introduce role-specific steps such as a take-home exercise, an interactive session or a "meet-the-team" session to help us get to know you better.

If your process looks a little different, don't worry - the Talent team will walk you through exactly what to expect before your first call. Everything will be clearly outlined in your Candidate Pack, too. If we do add a step, we do it for everyone in that specific role to ensure our hiring remains fair and consistent across the board.
