What to expect in Goodlord interviews
The exact steps may differ depending on the role, but here’s what you can expect:
Application review
Our Talent team reviews your application. If your skills and experience align, we’ll be in touch quickly.
First Conversation
A Google Hangout or phone call to learn more about you, and give you the chance to learn more about us.
In-depth interview
A 90-minute session (in person or on Google Hangout), usually split into two parts: 1. Role Focus – Digging into responsibilities, skills, and your experience. 2. Values Focus – A values session revolving around our 5 core values, us as people, and you as a person, to ensure that this is an environment in which you will thrive.

Throughout the process, our People & Talent team will guide you every step of the way — and no question is a bad question.
The processes above are just the core steps and, in some cases, there may be additional steps to showcase your skills and experience. This could involve a call with one of the talent team, a take home task, role play interviews, pair programming, meet-the-team sessions, and presentations.
If this happens, don't worry, it’s completely normal and will be the same for all of the candidates applying for your role.
