*Registrations for this session have closed. We hope to see you at the next one.

Join us live on Tuesday 24 March at 11am.

This session will focus on student lets under the Renters’ Rights Act, and what the changes mean in practice for your business, from operational impact through to risk and compliance across your portfolio.

We’ll be joined by Ross McInnes, Deputy Director for PRS Strategy, Security and Standards from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), offering direct insight into the intent behind the legislation and how it should be interpreted.

He’ll be joined by Goodlord specialists Emily Popple and Phil Noble, who will share what they’re seeing across the market and how agencies are preparing ahead of implementation.

We ask that you join with cameras on and come prepared to contribute. The value comes from open, peer-level conversation rather than passive attendance.

The session will follow Chatham House rules and will not be recorded. A written Q&A summary, reviewed by the speakers, will be shared afterwards.
